In the UK we are looking for a: 



Customer Service Administrator


Objective of the role will report to the Sales Administration Manager and will process sales orders and will be dealing with general administration of customer accounts, processing and resolving aftersales queries and claims and providing customer service and technical support and advice to all customers. 

Some of the duties include:

  • Interact directly with customer for their orders (e.g. under carriage paid, not coded, price differences).
  • Input orders on system via various arrival points
  • Communicate directly with customer on all aspects of their orders including deliveries/stock availability and providing information on outstanding order book where required
  • Check Stock availability with purchasing/planning and direct information from dispatch for customer deliveries
  • Liaise directly with end user and customers for product technical and complaints.
  • To provide a connection between all departments to ensure customer fulfilment.
  • To be the point of contact for escalated issues relating to customer contacts and provide feedback to the customer.
  • Contacting customers with sales and promotional offers
  • To provide technical advice and support to customers and end users by phone and e-mail.
  • Provide end to end customer service, from despatch to end fitting.
  • Checking prices and liaising with customers on pricing problems.
  • Liaise with despatch department for delivery and stock queries.

Previous experience in a similar role is essential for this position.

Assistant Management Accountant


Objective of the role will report to the Finance Business Partner and will maintain the financial policies and management information systems andday to day financial activities including preparation of month end accounts, VAT returns, bank and balance sheet reconciliations, accruals and prepayments, assist with audits and year end statutory accounts, annual budget preparation and monitoring of actual performance.  

Some of the duties include:

  • Prepare monthly management accounts and other financial information, showing comparison both against budget and previous year.
  • Assist the Finance Business Partner and Managing Director in the preparation of the Annual Accounts.
  • Assist with the Co-ordination of all internal and external audit procedures and activities.
  • Assist with the daily control of supervision of the treasury flow for both payments and receivables.
  • Assist with the cash flow on a daily/weekly basis.
  • Participate in the maintenance of the information systems
  • Assist with the review and analysis of capital investment proposals
  • Costing and selling process review
  • Involvement with annual budgets
  • Monthly balance sheet reconciliations
  • Maintain controls over the recording of fixed asset values and depreciation.
  • Assist with the control all routine and ad hoc administration procedures
  • Undertake any reasonable request of the Company in support of function or objectives
  • Work autonomously and have a proven track record in delivering key targets.
  • Provide operational/Financial reports 
  • Maintain KPI`s, including EBITDA, Savings plan, Working Capital, Cashflow

Business and Data Administrator


Key focus of this role is to drive improved sales forecast accuracy and inventory planning through strategic planning and support of commercial team. The candidate will be responsible for the forecasting, contract sales and New Product Introduction/ Rationalisation and Discontinuation processes. To organise and have responsibility of project fulfilment , data integrity, data management and budget formulation/reviews  in a timely manner for all aspects of the sales forecast, and support of the commercial team.

Some of the duties include:

  • Responsibility for the business sales and demand forecasts incorporating improvement in accuracy level (target 60%) through Colibri forecasting system
  • Drive the monthly S&OP meetings, highlighting sales adherence to product portfolio and forecast.  
  • Identify sales trends against key customers/products incorporating any risk products
  • Sales forecast creation for short-, medium- and long-term requirements
  • Sales forecast updates to align with any changes or projects
  • Support Purchasing and communicating expected variation in demand from the ‘norm’
  • Responsible for all business jet reports, Daily sales, NPD, SLOBS, etc
  • Project management, co-ordination and data analysis in line with business requirements
  • Management and support of contract sales process 
  • Support of sales team in developing contract sales
  • Customer support sales analysis to support sales team
  • Manage the information flow for processes such as discontinuation, margin improvement, PCR, phase in/out, NPI etc
  • Make improvements and efficiency gains wherever possible from feedback of personnel and personal knowledge
  • Management of the forecasting within Colibri
  • Management of contract sales across the business

OEM/DIY National Sales Manager

Objective of this role is to drive Wirquin sales primarily in the OEM/DIY sales Channel in the UK & Ireland, but with the additional management of a limited number of DIY accounts.

The OEM/DIY National Sales Manager will be responsible for strategy and implementation to achieve Wirquins ambitions in the OEM/DIY Channel in the UK and the Island of Ireland. Developing the DIY business in the UK with close relationships to Wirquin Group and centralised contracts.


Some of the duties include:


  • Develop and manage the strategy to grow Wirquin sales in the OEM/DIY Channel 
  • To lead the negotiation of all annual trading agreements with the OEM/DIY customers
  • Engagement at all levels of the OEM/DIY customer base to retain current business and maximise opportunities for new business growth by increasing the breadth and depth of Wirquin products supplied to the customers 
  • Develop strong technical product knowledge and understanding to support OEM/DIY customers
  • Drive new business through new OEM/DIY customers within the UK & Ireland
  • Understanding key OEM/DIY customers product strategy to better align Wirquin products for the future
  • Understanding the key Customer goals and needs and aligning those requirements to Wirquin’s strategy.
  • Evaluate and determine key influencers and the greatest opportunities within the OEM/DIY Customer in the UK and the Island of Ireland to best deliver sustainable growth and increased market share. 
  • Develop and maintain in-depth product, competitor, and industry knowledge in order to effectively leverage customer relationships and secure sales opportunities
  • Keep up to speed with changes in technical and legislative requirements in relation to the water industry and our products. 
  • Analyse competitor activity to assist the development of both new and existing accounts.
