In the UK we are looking for a: 


Category Marketing Manager

The job holder will have overall marketing responsibility for the designated product categories. 

Responsible for researching, formulating and implementation plans to achieve 1 year tactical as well as 3-5 year business plans to help achieve objectives for sales, market share etc.

Through analysis – market trends, competitor trends, customer needs etc. the job holder will identify and evaluate market opportunities to drive long term growth and development programs to pursue growth objectives.

The role will be to work directly with the Managing Director in the UK heading however this role will also have close connections with the other group subsidiaries.

Finance Assistant/Payroll

The job holder will support the Finance Manager in a very busy department maintaining the Sales and Purchase Ledger and also ensuring the monthly payroll information is completed and submitted to the outsourced company. 

Brief outline of the role:

  • Ensuring all supplier statements are reconciled and differences resolved
  • Matching delivery notes to invoices and filing
  • Ensuring invoice authorisation policy is followed
  • Ensuring Employee expenses are correctly recorded
  • Resolving supplier issues before they become material problem
  • Monitoring and assessing customer accounts and credit limits
  • Cash input and allocation/reconciliation of Bank Statements
  • Chasing unpaid invoices and dealing with invoice/debit note queries
  • Working to monthly deadlines
  • Making both sundry and purchase ledger payments
  • Controlling petty cash/focus of reduced usage
  • Collection of overdue accounts via telephone, letter and email
  • Monthly payroll submission to outsourced company
  • Submitting payroll BACS to the bank
  • Creating nominal payroll journal 
  • Maintaining time and attendance clocking system
