As you’ll have noticed over the last year or so, going to the pumps has become increasingly expensive for everyone. At Wirquin we wanted to do something to help so we’re running our biggest promotion of 2023!
The promotion starts on 1st July 2023 and runs until 31st December 2023. As well as the huge main giveaway, we are also offering monthly prize draws for people that have entered that month for the chance to win £150 worth of Wirquin products!

Terms and conditions
These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these T&Cs.
Promotion: ‘Free Fuel for a year with Wirquin’

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD
The promotion will run in participating Wirquin stockists/retailers from 1st July 2023 until 31st December 2023
ELIGIBILITY & ENTRY
The Promotion is only open to residents of the United Kingdom (including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland), Channel Islands and the Isle of Man, aged 18 or over, excluding all employees and the immediate families (someone’s spouse, parents and grandparents, children and grandchildren, brothers and sisters, mother in law and father in law, brothers in law and sisters in law, daughters in law and sons in law; including adopted, half, and step members) of employees of the Promoter and anyone else professionally connected with the Promotion.
1. To enter, participants must:
a. Purchase a Wirquin product from a branch participating in the promotion during the promotion period
b. Participants must keep their receipt as a proof of purchase
c. Participants must complete the online entry form, including all required contact fields
PRIZES & WINNERS
2. Main Prize Draw – Free Fuel for a year
a. Entrants will automatically be entered into a random prize draw which will be drawn at midday on Wednesday 3rd January 2024
b. One individual will win the cash equivalent of Free Fuel for a year. The cost of the fuel has been calculated using a Ford Transit
based on 20,000 miles over the year at an average MPG of 39.5. The price of the fuel was based on diesel was based on prices from 17th April 2023 which were £1.61. The total cash prize will be £3,701.56 and will be paid within 28 days of the winner providing proof of their Wirquin product purchase within the promotional period.
c. If the winner is unable to provide proof of their Wirquin product purchase within the promotional period. The promoter reserves the right to draw another name from the random prize draw until a winner can show proof of their Wirquin product purchase within the promotional period.
3. Monthly Prize Draw – Free Fuel for a year
Eligibility and entry
a. To be eligible, all entrants must have submitted an entry form at https://www.wirquin.co.uk/form/18-free-fuel-for-a-year.html
b. All entrants who have entered the competition are automatically entered into the monthly prize draw
c. There will be 1 monthly prize draw per month as part of the overall promotion
d. The monthly prize draws will be relevant for the months of July, August, September, October, November, and December
e. Once a winner has been drawn, that entrant is removed from any further monthly prize draws but remain in the draw for the overall prize
f. For the monthly prize draws, no proof of purchase is required to be produced to claim the monthly prize.
Prizes and winners
g. Within the first 3 days of the following month, the most recent list of entrants is taken from the website and is given a number
h. The Managing Director and the Marketing Manager will then use an online random number generator to choose a number at random
i. The winner will then be contacted to inform them of their win and to seek permission for their name to be posted on Wirquin’s social media channels. Iinitially contact will be made by phone. If ther winner does not answer the phone call, an email will then be sent.
j. The If the winner is unable to be contacted to be verified within 48 hours of first attempted contact, Wirquin Ltd reserve the right to redraw the monthly prize draw and pick and alternative winner
k. The monthly prize consists of: 2 x Slim+ ABS Dome (EAN = 3375537232574), 2 x Nano 6.7 (EAN = 3375537240609), 2 x Neo Air (EAN = 3375537220922), 2 x Neo Air with WMC (EAN = 5017134134230), and 1 x pack of Shower Tray Feet (EAN = 3375537196944)
FURTHER PRIZE CONDITIONS
8. All claims are subject to verification. Proof of purchase will be required for the main prize. Receipts and/or receipt images need to clearly show all details including product purchased and branch location.
9. The Promoter will contact the winners personally as soon as practicable after the relevant draw date using the email address provided with the draw entry
10. Should a winner not claim their prize within 28 days of receiving notice from the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to re- award the prize to a reserve winner.
11. The Promoter shall arrange for each winner’s prize to be delivered/transferred within 28 days of notification, delivery is only available to the UK.
13. Winners may be required to participate in reasonable publicity with the ‘Promoter’ and have their name published as a winner.
GENERAL ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS
16. The ‘Promoter’ reserves the right to withdraw, amend or temporarily suspend this promotion in its absolute discretion, provided that it shall not exercise the right unreasonably and only in exceptional circumstances, outside its reasonable control and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, but will use all efforts to minimize the effect to the participant to avoid undue disappointment.
17. This Promotion and these terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
18. By participating in this Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. You also agree to allow the Promoter to retain your personal information beyond the promotional period and agree to be contacted by the Promoter by email. You are able to unsubscribe from this communication by ticking the appropriate box on any future emails at which point your personal information will no longer be retained. Any personal data relating to participants will be solely used in accordance with current data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to any third party without the individual’s prior consent.
